Laura Moffat, Project Manager for the SCOTS Roads Asset Management Project and SRMCS Lead, is being recognised for her outstanding contribution to the RAMP Project and SRMCS.
In approving the nomination, the SCOTS Chair and Vice-Chairs said:
“Over the last 18 months, Laura has taken on the SRMCS work in addition to managing the RAM project. This has been a particularly challenging period, with the current contract coming to an end and work under way to develop a new approach. Laura’s ability to engage constructively with road maintenance practitioners across Scottish local authorities and build support for the way forward was especially evident during this time. She has done all of this with professionalism, good humour and a positive approach. In addition, she has provided significant support to the Strategic Issues Group and to our 2026 AGM & Conference.”
