SCOTS has published its response to the Scottish Government's Climate Change Plan consultation.
The draft CCP outlines how the first three carbon budgets will be met, covering the years 2026-2040. It includes 28 actions for the transport sector, including policy interventions that support modal shift through more sustainable forms of travel and a more rapid transition to electric vehicles.
