We said goodbye to a number of SCOTS members at this year's conference in May.
A number of SCOTS colleagues are retiring and this year's conference gave us a chance to say goodbye and thank them for their contribution.
The retirees are:
- Christine Francis, formerly Greater Glasgow Council, SCOTS vice-chair and SCOTS Asset Management Working Group Chair
- Stuart D’All, formerly Perth Roads Maintenance Partnership Manager and Depute Chair of the SCOTS Roads Working Group
- Rab Dickson, past Director of NEstrans
- David Armitage, formerly Aberdeenshire and Grampian Regional Councils
- Donald MacPherson, formerly Aberdeenshire Council and SCOTS Bridges Working Group chair
- David MacPherson, formerly Ayrshire Roads Alliance and SCOTS Flood Risk Management Working Group secretary.
